1. Outrigger Interlock

· Working Principle: The lift can only be raised or lowered once all outriggers are fully extended and locked in place through a mechanical interlock mechanism.

·Safety Significance: Prevents tipping accidents caused by improperly deployed outriggers.

·Operating Requirements: Before operation, ensure that the indicator lights on all outriggers are illuminated and a distinct "click" sound confirms the locking mechanism is engaged.

2. Self-Leveling Chain System

·Working Principle: Utilizes a closed-loop hydraulic system combined with a gravity sensor to automatically maintain platform level.

·Adjustment Accuracy: Maintains platform inclination within 1.5 degrees (approximately a 2.6% slope).

·Application Scenarios: Ideal for uneven terrain or operations where the center of gravity may shift during use.

1. Anti-Misoperation Switch

·Design Feature: Dual-button control requires both hands to be used simultaneously to activate the equipment.

·Safety Logic: Releasing either button immediately halts all movement, preventing accidental operation or continued activity if the operator becomes incapacitated.

2. Emergency Stop Button

·Installation Location: Dual-location setup on the platform control panel and ground control box.

·Trigger Effect: Instantly cuts off all power and engages the hydraulic brake system.

·Reset Requirement: Manual reset by rotating the button is required to avoid unintentional reactivation.

·Backup Power: Equipped with an independent battery-powered emergency hydraulic pump.

·Operation Method: Manual release valve works in tandem with gravity to lower the platform at a controlled speed (≤0.5 m/s).

2. Cylinder Holding Valve

·Technical Feature: Utilizes a dual-way hydraulic lock valve to prevent uncontrolled descent in case of hose rupture.

·Pressure Protection: Automatically releases pressure if system pressure exceeds the preset limit (typically 25 MPa).

·Maintenance Cycle: Sealing performance should be checked every 500 operating hours.
